The product

The Peakspan LaserMask is a cosmetic light-therapy device for home use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this site is general information, not medical advice.

Using the mask safely

• Follow the included instructions for use
• Do not use over broken skin, active rashes, or if you are pregnant, light-sensitive, or taking photosensitising medication without medical advice
• Keep out of reach of children

Orders and pricing

Paid orders are not open while the storefront is in waitlist mode. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a unit and no payment is collected. Once checkout is released, prices, taxes, delivery methods and delivery charges will be shown for the available market before payment. We may cancel and refund an order in case of a pricing error or stock issue.

Warranty and returns

Warranty, returns, refund handling and destination eligibility are not finalised. The applicable terms will be published and accepted at checkout only after product, market and fulfilment approvals are complete.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, images, and the Peakspan brand — belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't reuse it without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
