Shipping policy

Peak4Beauty delivers across the United Arab Emirates and internationally.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or a UAE public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Courier items are dispatched with a tracked service. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier, and customs clearance and carrier delays can extend any estimate — we will tell you as soon as we know about either.

Shipping costs

Delivery inside the United Arab Emirates is free on orders of AED 200 or more. For orders under AED 200, delivery inside the UAE is charged at AED 25.

For international destinations, shipping is charged at AED 70. The exact amount is shown before you pay — there are no charges added after checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the UAE, import duties and taxes may apply under the rules of the destination country. These are payable by the customer and are not included in the price or the shipping charge.

Damaged, delayed or missing deliveries

Inspect your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us with your order number and photographs and we will resolve it with the carrier:
